Pluto in House Three

In order to understand these placements, the entire chart must be analyzed. These generic definitions are only the tip of the iceberg in the larger script of your life.

Pluto in the Third House:
The need to stand up and be counted

The Third House has to do with communications, siblings and your community "close to home". To me this is also the house of "niches" or a specific community regardless of its geographical location.
Any community that centers around a specific belief/hobby/orientation belongs in the third house. This where your fan club and posse reside.
To me, the third house is also the house of soap boxes. You can grab one, stand on it and preach to your community in order to lead the way out of darkness.
So what does it mean to have Pluto in your third house?

Let's start with the third house in regards to your siblings. Your relationship with your brothers and sisters is always karmic. These souls have incarnated into your own blood family to try and work very old and ingrained karma. You may find that some siblings almost feel like soulmates while others like nemesis. This is not a coincidence.  You often see a sibling acting as a parent or spiritual guide to another.  Then again, Cain and Abel also typify what karma in the third house feels like.  Sibling rivalry is predominant here. Having to empower oneself in spite of an overbearing sibling or standing up for oneself among siblings.
If you are the only boy with 4 sisters or the only girl with 4 brothers the karma would be expressed in the third house.
This placement also means that you are going to be empowered through a sibling in your karmic mission.  For example, The Olsen Twins (actresses) have Pluto in Third House as do the Barclay Twins (millionaires and businessmen who worked together).

Pluto in Third House demands you to be visible and to affect your peers.
This also shows karma within your community of peers.

Regardless of your situation, you are here to communicate your truth based on your own opinions. The tendency to listen to other people's opinions over yours is often outlined. You are to be Pluto through your communication. Your ideas and statements are meant to be powerful. By working your Third House Pluto, you will also resolve all karma around your community.  Think of Pluto in Third House as an imbalanced Throat Chakra. You either can't speak your truth or are deeply misunderstood.  You may also misuse Pluto to "fake" your convictions in order to gain power. This you can see among some of these celebrities. Almost all of them have affected the community in some way. They may have either accrued more karma or completely balanced it.
