Pluto in House Six

In order to understand these placements, the entire chart must be analyzed. These generic definitions are only the tip of the iceberg in the larger script of your life.

Pluto in the Sixth House:
The need to serve humbly

The sixth house, is in my opinion, one of the most spiritual houses. It is no coincidence that it opposes the twelfth house- The House of Ascension. In order to access the twelfth house, you must pass through the sixth- the House of Health, Work and Service.
This is work you do with humility and with no expectation of fame or even recognition. This is why it is the house of service. Work done in the sixth house earns you karma points since it is not often high-paying. We think of the Military, Fema, Red Cross, Fire and Police, Animal Rescuers, Doctors, Missionaries. It is also the house of waiters and minimum wage. Here we learn humility and the greater good.
Having Pluto in the sixth house does not sound like it would be "a good thing" but it certainly is.
In order to perform sixth house tasks, one must truly be fearless. Think of the Navy Seals, Firemen, Police Investigators, 911, EMT's, Animal Cruelty Investigators (the sixth house also rules small animals and pets). Animal Shelters, Homeless Shelters, Volunteers of any kind can be found in the Sixth House. Selfless service always comes from a place of empowerment. Giving first, not giving back is the key to the sixth house. When worked successfully, the sixth house allows you direct entry into the twelfth house, our ultimate destination.  This is also the House of Nobel Prizes.
Alfred Nobel had Pluto in sixth house.

If you have Pluto in sixth house...CONGRATULATIONS! You have all the requirements to serve the world with great courage and to feel good about it. Pluto here wants you to feel good about the service you provide to others. God's work lives here as do lightworkers, healers and earth angels.

Since the sixth house hardly receives public recognition, I will try to find celebrities with Pluto in sixth house that can help you understand this placement:
Sigmund Freud, Elizabeth II, Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, George Washington, Deepak Chopra, Rosa Parks, Queen Latifah, Nina Simone, Charles Dickens, Dr. Phil, Eleanor Roosevelt, Yuri Gagarin, Kahlil Gibran, boxer Conor McGregor, Ralph Nader

The sixth house also rules our physical health and if affected, diseases and health issues. The challenge here is to overcome them and with Pluto we can.
Unfortunately, since Pluto also rules death when it is placed in the sixth house, the physical death of a person is what the public will remember. This is also the case of murder victims and, alas, murderers.

Amy Winehouse, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Marie Antoinette, Axel von Fersen (Marie Antoinette's lover also died violently at the hands of angry mob) Eva Braun, Jon Benet Ramsey, serial killer Jean Weber and Nicole Brown Simpson, Nancy Spungen (of Sid and Nancy), John Wilkes Booth, Anarchist Bartolomeo Vanzetti who was executed along with fellow anarchist Sacco.

We can also cast charts for events, not just people.
The death of Bobby Kennedy had a Pluto in sixth house.

Ending with a light note, doctors, nurses, veterinarians and vet techs also rule the Sixth House.  You will not find many famous ones but they are changing the world every day by saving lives thanks to their Pluto power used effectively in the sixth house.
